国有企业在我国经济社会发展中占据着至关重要的地位,要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须高度重视人才的培养和开发,人力资源培训教育是人才培养的重要途径。我国的国有企业人力资源培训教育正在不断适应经济社会发展的新形势,但仍存在诸多问题。文章分析了当前我国国有企业人力资源培训的重要性,并从实践的角度出发,提出了加强国有企业人力资源培训教育的对策,从而为我国国有企业人力资源培训教育的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
State-owned enterprises occupy a crucial position in China’s economic and social development. To gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition, we must attach great importance to the cultivation and development of qualified personnel. Human resources training and education is an important way to cultivate qualified personnel. China’s state-owned enterprises in human resources training and education are constantly adapt to the new situation of economic and social development, but there are still many problems. This paper analyzes the importance of human resources training in state-owned enterprises in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen human resources training and education in state-owned enterprises from a practical point of view, so as to provide certain reference for the development of human resources training and education in state-owned enterprises in our country.
