应用非平衡磁控溅射离子镀技术在6204轴承钢球、45JHJ钢片及单晶硅片的表面制备出CrCN复合镀层,对CrCN复合镀层的表面粗糙度和摩擦学性能进行了测试,并对CrCN复合镀层钢球轴承和无镀层钢球轴承的温升性能进行了试验和对比分析。研究结果表明,制备的CrCN复合镀层具有较低的表面粗糙度(Ra为7.526 nm)和摩擦系数(约为0.11~0.12);Cr-CN复合镀层钢球轴承有良好的温升性能。
CrCN composite coating was prepared on the surface of 6204 bearing steel ball, 45JHJ steel sheet and monocrystalline silicon wafer by using unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating technology. The surface roughness and tribological properties of CrCN composite coating were tested. CrCN composite coated steel ball bearings and non-coated steel ball bearing temperature performance were tested and comparative analysis. The results show that the prepared CrCN composite coating has a lower surface roughness (Ra of 7.526 nm) and a friction coefficient (about 0.11 ~ 0.12); Cr-CN composite coated steel ball bearings have good temperature rise properties.
