近年随着宫颈电烙、冷冻、激光等手术的开展、宫颈子宫内膜异位症时有发生。采用激光治疗18例取得满意效果。 年龄:最小22岁,最大46岁,31-40岁15例,占83％。 临床表现和体症 月经前后阴道少量出血14例,伴触血3例,无症状1例。检查发现宫颈不同程度暗红色斑块,条纹状及斑点状病损区,排卵期后有时病损更明显,色加深。经前数天可自然破裂渗血。全部病例均经病理学证实。
