答读者加工弯月透镜时,要注意些什么问题? 弯月透镜加工中需注意的问题主要是偏心和变形。(1)偏心问题。一般透镜的磨边余量是按透镜的外圆直径和曲率半径大小来选取的。但由于弯月透镜的两个球面是同向弯曲的,所以在粗磨和抛光中,不易控制边缘厚度差,容易造成中心偏超差。因而在加工过程中,除要严格控制边缘厚度差外,必要时还需进行核算,校核余量给得是否合适。
