随着我国改革的深化、开放的扩大,经济全球化、信息高速化的发展和中国进入WTO以及市场经济体制的逐步完善,国有企业的投资结构、运行方式都将发生深刻的变化。企业在实行现代企业制度改制过程中,如何发挥党的政治优势,发挥“思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线”的作用,为企业的改革、发展和稳定服务,是企业各级党组织面临的重要课题。结合公交企业的情况,本文就如何加强和改进企业思想政治工作作些探讨。
