应用3 个 S T R 基因座在同一反应体系中进行互不干扰的多重 P C R, 采用高分辨力的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、银染法显影技术, 对云南哈尼族的 C S F1 P O, T P O X 和 T H O1 等3 个基因座等位基因的基因频率进行调查, C S F1 P O 基因座, 观察到7 个等位基因, 17 个基因型; T P O X 基因座, 观察到6 个等位基因,13 个基因型; T H O1 基因座, 观察到6 个等位基因, 19 个基因型. 获得了满意的结果, 显示了广阔的应用前景.
Using 3 S T R loci to perform multiple P CRs without interference in the same reaction system, using high-resolution polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis separation and silver staining to develop the technology. The gene frequencies of three locus alleles such as P O, T P O X and T H O1 were investigated. At the C S F1 P O locus, 7 alleles and 17 genotypes were observed; T P O X At the locus, 6 alleles and 13 genotypes were observed; at the T H O1 locus, 6 alleles and 19 genotypes were observed. Satisfactory results have been obtained, showing a broad application prospects.
