以高氯酸钠作为离子对试剂,结合离子对提取及制备型离子对HPLC,探讨了防己(Sinomenium acutum)的攀生茎及根茎中的季铵生物碱。从中分离得到了具有天然稀有的双苯中氮茚骨架的新生物碱与5个已知生物碱。新生物碱的结构由仪器分析,主要由二维NMR而确定。该生物碱命名为acu-tupyrrocoline。
Using sodium perchlorate as an ion pair reagent, combined with ion pair extraction and preparative ion pair HPLC, the quaternary ammonium alkaloids in the climbing stems and rhizomes of Sinomenium acutum were investigated. A novel alkaloid with naturally occurring biphenyl indolizine skeleton and 5 known alkaloids were isolated. The structure of the new alkaloid is analysed by the instrument and is mainly determined by two-dimensional NMR. The alkaloid is named acu-tupyrrocoline.
