目的:在对超声图像分析总结的基础上,探讨分析彩色多谱勒超声小乳腺癌的超声诊断价值,为乳腺癌的患者的治疗提供科学支持和理论指导。方法:本次选取的研究以象为我院在2014年5月至2017年2月接受诊治的乳腺癌患者,乳腺癌患者共有90例,确诊方法为:通过患者手术病理被证实。对这90例乳腺癌患者进行彩色多谱勒超声诊断,对本次超声诊断的超声图像和相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本次所有研究对象中(腺癌癌肿瘤患者)全部是单侧、单一肿块。90例乳腺癌肿瘤患者中,85例患者在手术前应用彩色多普勒诊断为腺腺癌,因此诊断符合率达94.1%,在所有患者当中,术前被依断的为纤维腺瘤有4例患者,术前诊断为乳腺增生有1例患者。1.患者的肿块没有包膜,且边界不完整,其内部呈低或中等回声,边界的模样为“锯齿”或者是“蟹足”。2.75例患者为瘤体内检出血流信号,达83.3%,46患者为腑窝淋巴结肿大,达51.1%。3.瘤体内有微粒样钙化。4.在患者的瘤体内,有时候会发出液化坏死。5.患者的瘤体内纵经或横经大于1。结论:在临床上,对乳腺癌的患者进行诊疗时,应用彩色多谱勒超声进行诊断,相比其它诊断方式乳腺癌诊断符合率较高,其对于肿块的内部结构与血流特征均可以显示出,对于乳腺癌的诊断和治疗,应用彩色多谱勒超声进行诊断可以为其提供重要的信息。临床上应用此方式,可以推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: On the basis of the analysis of ultrasound images, the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of small Doppler ultrasound breast cancer is explored, which provides scientific support and theoretical guidance for the treatment of patients with breast cancer.
