在连续式溶剂脱沥青试验装置上考察了掺配 FCC油浆对渣油溶剂脱沥青过程的影响。油浆的加入使脱沥青油收率增加 ,脱沥青油和脱油沥青的质量也得到了明显提高。提出了试验用渣油和油浆的结构模型 ,并据此计算得到它们的溶解度参数。根据渣油在烃类溶剂中溶解平衡理论和组成分析结果 ,揭示了掺配油浆改善溶剂脱沥青过程的机理。
The effects of FCC slurry on the deasphalting process of residual solvent were investigated in a continuous solvent deasphalting test apparatus. The addition of oil slurry increases the yield of deasphalted oil, and the quality of deasphalted oil and deoiled asphalt has also been significantly improved. The structural models of the test resid and slurry were proposed and their solubility parameters were calculated. According to the equilibrium theory and compositional analysis results of residual oil in hydrocarbon solvent, the mechanism of blending oil slurry to improve solvent deasphalting process was revealed.
