传统的英语教学更多是关注教师“如何教”的问题,但英语教学效果的提高受到多方面因素的制约,关注学习者个体因素尤其是学习者的兴趣、情感、意志和性格等非智力因素是指导其有效学习的重要方面,因此培养学习者非智力因素是提高教学效率的必由之路。本文就如何认识和培养非智力因素等方面做了论述。
Traditional English teaching is more concerned with teachers “how to teach ”, but the improvement of English teaching is subject to many factors, focusing on individual factors of learners, especially learners’ interest, emotion, will and personality, etc. Intellectual factors are important aspects to guide their effective learning. Therefore, developing non-intellectual factors of learners is the only way to improve teaching efficiency. This article discusses how to recognize and develop non-intelligence factors.
