文中研究了聚甲醛的无氧热降解机制和动力学规律.利用热分析技术进行了不同升温速率和不同样品质量下系列聚甲醛的热降解实验,确定出了聚甲醛热降解的机制为遵循一级反应规律的无规断链降解过程,并计算出了未挥发的残存最小高分子的聚合度,降解动力学参数等数据,为我国聚甲醛产品质量的提高提供了参考数据.
In this paper, the anaerobic degradation mechanism and kinetics of polyoxymethylene were studied.The thermal degradation experiments of polyoxymethylene under different heating rates and different sample quality were carried out by thermal analysis technique, and the mechanism of thermal degradation of polyoxymethylene Level reaction rules of random chain scission degradation process, and calculated the minimum volatile polymer residue polymerization degree, degradation kinetics parameters and other data for the quality of polyoxymethylene products in China to provide reference data.
