目的 优化医院科教管理业务流程,推动科教发展。方法 在系统思考、详细计划的基础上,对传统医院科教管理模式实施流程改革:改善组织结构,建立综合团队,树立客户观念,将目标管理、PDCA循环引入管理流程,并通过制度化、信息化保障业务流程的稳定性与透明性。结果 科教管理效率与科教质量全面提高。
Objective To optimize the business process of science, education and management in hospitals and promote the development of science and education. Methods Based on systematic thinking and detailed planning, we implemented process reforms on traditional hospital science and education management models: improving organizational structure, establishing integrated teams, establishing customer concepts, introducing target management and PDCA cycles into management processes, and institutionalizing and informatizing Guarantee the stability and transparency of business processes. Results The efficiency of science and education management and the quality of science and education were comprehensively improved.
