事故原因有两类:一是属于管理规章方面的原因;二是机械或物质危害方面的原因。这些原因被人为地称之为“管理的”和“物质的”原因。似乎应该确切地说,所有的事故实际上都可以归属于以下所列举标题中的一种或两种原因。乍看起来,这些标题中的某些原因好象互相重叠,但是,人们通常发现一个事故的发生,确实只与这些标题中的一种原因有关,而辅助的原因则是次要的。某工厂安全委员会在事故分析中经常使用附表。
There are two reasons for the accident: First, the reasons for the management regulations; Second, the reasons for the mechanical or material hazards. These reasons are artificially called “managerial” and “material” reasons. It seems safe to say that all accidents actually fall under one or both of the following listed headings. At first glance, some of these titles seem to overlap with each other, but it is common to find that the occurrence of an accident is indeed related to only one of these titles, and the secondary reason is secondary. A plant safety committee often uses schedules in accident analysis.
