目的实施综合管理措施,防控多重耐药菌感染。方法通过多部门协作,采取综合管理措施,对医院多重耐药菌感染进行干预,并对其结果做出评价。结果干预前的2012年度与干预后的2013年度结果比较,病原学标本送检率由30.14%提高到48.16%;抗菌药物使用率由54.50%降低到38.73%;医务人员手卫生依从性由52.12%提高到79.38%。结论多部门协作和综合干预措施提高了多重耐药菌预防与控制措施的执行力,为多重耐药菌感染管理提供了保障。
Objective To implement comprehensive management measures to prevent and control multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections. Methods Through multisectoral collaboration, comprehensive management measures were taken to intervene in multi-drug resistant bacterial infections in hospitals and the results were evaluated. Results Compared with the results before the intervention in FY2013, the rate of etiological examination increased from 30.14% to 48.16%, the rate of antibacterials decreased from 54.50% to 38.73%, and the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff increased from 52.12% Increase to 79.38%. Conclusion Multi-sectoral collaboration and comprehensive interventions have improved the implementation of prevention and control measures for multiple drug-resistant bacteria and provided a guarantee for the management of multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections.
