热处理控制是质量保证体系基本要求中的基本要素之一,直接影响产品的最终使用性能。按照TSGZ0004—2007(《特种设备制造、安装、改造、维修质量保证体系基本要求》的规定,热处理质量控制内容主要包括:热处理工艺控制、热处理过程控制、热处理分包时对分包方质量的控制等。笔者在监督检验中,发现制造厂在热处理质量控制环节中存在不少问题。
