随着教学的不断深化改革,学困生问题也在慢慢凸显,他们的自主学习能力不强、自觉性不高、学习态度不端正。但是学困生的智力和优生没有任何差别,学习成绩不够优秀的主要原因是:没有足够的自信心来支撑他们学习。而最佳的方法无疑是运用“激励”的方法来给这一类学生建立强大的自信心。
