在我国经济发展进入新常态的当下,电网计划与系统运行管理工作将成为电网管理的核心技术。在保证电力系统安全稳定和有序供电的同时,如何提升电网运行综合效益,推动电力系统的运行控制管理工作健康发展,是电力行业新常态下必须认真考虑的问题。本文主要探讨在混联大电网发展趋势下,新能源新技术接入电网后,在综合考虑运行目标、风险控制、运行计划和应用计划的基础上,电力系统如何实现分类演进层级的科学管理。
At the moment when the economic development of our country has entered a new normal, the power grid planning and system operation and management will become the core technologies of power grid management. While ensuring the safe, stable and orderly power supply of power systems, how to improve the comprehensive benefit of grid operation and promote the healthy operation and control management of power system are issues that must be seriously considered in the new normal of power industry. This paper mainly discusses how the power system can realize the scientific management at the stage of classified evolution based on the consideration of operation objectives, risk control, operation plans and application plans after new energy and new technologies are connected to the power grid under the development trend of hybrid large power grids.
