经口给予雄性Wister大鼠醋酸铅22m g/kg、乙醇1.8g/kg 及铅和乙醇混合染毒4 周。电镜观察睾丸显示,铅组、乙醇组基膜电子密度、厚度均发生明显改变,混合染毒除以上改变外,基膜及基膜下组织增厚,高度皱褶,甚至断裂。铅组支持细胞细胞器模糊,线粒体不完整;乙醇组支持细胞内溶酶体较多;混合染毒组支持细胞、精原细胞的胞质内多见大空泡;核帽期精细胞顶体短小,顶体颗粒消失,线粒体空化;精子断面拖有过多且有空泡的胞质,顶体帽短小不对称;间质细胞溶酶体、大的脂滴明显增多,滑面内质网、高尔基复合体、线粒体明显减少,表明铅和乙醇对大鼠睾丸的超微结构有联合增毒作用
