以空冷系统年总费用为目标函数,对某1 000MW超超临界直接空冷机组进行了变工况计算,比较了不同初始温差值tI和迎面风速下机组的年总费用,分析了机组最佳tI随煤价、凝汽器管束价格和环境温度的变化情况.结果表明:机组的tI取32K,迎面风速为2.2m/s时,机组的年总费用最低;煤价对年总费用的影响最明显,当煤价较高时,可以采取较低的tI,以提高机组热效率,降低煤耗.
Based on the total annual cost of air cooling system as an objective function, a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical direct air-cooling unit was calculated with variable working conditions. The annual total cost under different initial temperature differences tI and frontal wind speed was compared. The optimal tI With the price of coal, the bundle price of condenser and the change of ambient temperature.The results show that when the tI of the unit is 32K and the oncoming wind speed is 2.2m / s, the annual total cost of the unit is the lowest; Obviously, when the coal price is higher, the lower tI can be taken to improve the unit thermal efficiency and reduce the coal consumption.
