目前征信体系建设过程中,金融消费者权益保护机制存在的主要问题是:金融消费者保护法制不健全,对金融消费者的保护还没有真正纳入监管目标,金融机构由于自身利益驱动损害征信主体权利,金融消费者权益保护宣传教育不到位等.有效征信体系中的金融消费者权益保护机制,应当是行政监管、行业自律、机构内控、个人监督与司法救济等多方面保护机制的有机结合.
