通过对铁矿石还原动力学特性较详细的实验研究,提出了一个移动床还原一维数学模型。模型描述了矿石还原度、气相成分、温度、压力等沿反应器轴向变化的规律。由实验室规模的移动床还原实验证明,此模型能正确反映铁矿石在移动床中的还原过程。实验测定值与模型计算值吻合很好。应用此模型能更正确地说明移动床还原过程的规律性。这对改进高炉和直接还原竖炉的操作及设计反应器均有参考价值。
Through a more detailed experimental study of kinetic characteristics of iron ore reduction, a one-dimensional mathematical model of moving bed reduction was proposed. The model describes the ore reduction, gas composition, temperature, pressure along the reactor axial changes. The experiments on the laboratory scale show that this model can correctly reflect the reduction process of iron ore in the moving bed. The experimentally measured values are in good agreement with the calculated values of the model. The application of this model can more correctly explain the regularity of the moving bed reduction process. This has the reference value to improve the operation of blast furnace and direct reduction shaft furnace and design reactor.
