本文介绍用普通的锆钛酸铅晶片研制成的分割型超声探头,可供深度≥0.5毫米,φ1平底孔当量值以上的近表面缺陷的探伤用。在内燃机气阀密封面堆焊层未焊透缺陷的半自动化探伤中的应用表明:本探头具有灵敏度高,判伤简便等优点。
This article describes the use of ordinary lead zirconate titanate chip developed by the split-type ultrasonic probe for depth ≥ 0.5 mm, φ1 flat-bottom hole equivalent value above the surface defect flaw detection. The application of the semi-automatic flaw detection on the impermeable weld overlay on the valve sealing surface of the internal combustion engine shows that the probe has the advantages of high sensitivity and easy judgment.
