本文对电子邮件的证据效力及其影响因素进行简单介绍,然后主要从技术与法律的角度进行分析,以期加强对电子邮件及其证据效力的重视,加大技术与法律方面的投入。
This essay briefly introduces the evidence validity of e-mail and its influencing factors, and then analyzes the e-mail mainly from the perspective of technology and law with a view to strengthening the emphasis on the effectiveness of e-mail and its evidence and increasing investment in technology and law.
