目的 探讨缺锌对大鼠脑肌醇磷脂信号转导系统的影响。方法 2 4只 Wistar大鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,按体重随机分为 A(缺锌组 ) ,B(自由进食组 ) ,C(配对饲养组 )三组 ,每组 8只 ,实验期 40天 ,测定脑锌和血锌含量 ,并观察缺锌对大鼠脑组织内磷脂酶 C(PLC)活性 ,蛋白激酶 C(PKC)活性 ,钙调蛋白 (Ca M)含量 ,及钙依赖性蛋白激酶 (Ca MK )活性的影响。结果 A组大鼠血清和脑锌含量明显降低 ,同时 A组大鼠大脑皮层和海马中 PLC,PKC,Ca MK 活性亦明显低于 B组和 C组。A组大鼠脑组织 Ca M含量明显低于 B组 ,与 C组无显著性差异。结论 缺锌可以抑制肌醇磷脂信号转导系统
Objective To investigate the effect of zinc deficiency on phospholipid signaling in rat brain. Methods Two Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups according to body weight: A (zinc deficiency group), B (free diet group) and C (matched feeding group), with 8 rats in each group. The experiment period was 40 days, The content of brain zinc and blood zinc were determined. The effects of zinc deficiency on phospholipase C (PLC) activity, protein kinase C (PKC) activity, calmodulin (Ca M) content and calcium-dependent protein kinase Ca MK) activity. Results Serum and brain zinc levels were significantly decreased in group A, and the activities of PLC, PKC and Ca MK in cerebral cortex and hippocampus in group A were also significantly lower than those in group B and C. The content of Ca M in brain tissue of group A was significantly lower than that of group B, and there was no significant difference with group C. Conclusion Zinc deficiency can inhibit the phosphoinositide signal transduction system
