实验选用GH4169镍基合金粉末,通过调节激光电流、扫描速度、脉冲宽度、激光频率、铺粉厚度、扫描间距和扫描路径等工艺参数,采用单层单道扫描、单层多道扫描和多层多道扫描方式进行选区激光熔化试验,分析工艺参数对粉末成型性的影响规律。并对不同工艺参数所制备的试样进行剖面形貌观察和致密度分析,最终得到的最优工艺参数是扫描速度150mm/min,脉冲宽度5.0ms,铺粉厚度0.15mm,扫描电流140A,激光频率12Hz,扫描间距0.25mm。
GH4169 nickel-based alloy powder was selected for experiment.
