本文采用八节点的四边形平面等参单元,模拟用齿条形刀具加工的二维渐开线齿形,求得在不同的齿数、模数、压力角、齿高系数、变位系数、刀具顶角园孤半径以及不同的加载位置时所产生的轮齿位移和应力分机。计算结果与模型的光弹试验结果进行了比较。并对照现行的齿根弯曲应力计算方法进行了讨论。根据计算结果,确定危险截面,计算了齿形系数Y_F,并讨论了变位系数对Y_F的影响。
In this paper, an eight-point quadrilateral planar isoparametric element is used to simulate the two-dimensional involute tooth profile of a rack-shaped tool. The results obtained under different tooth numbers, moduli, pressure angle, tooth height coefficient, Corner radius and the corner of the different loading position generated gear tooth displacement and stress extension. The calculated results are compared with the photoelastic test results of the model. The calculation method of the current root bending stress is also discussed. According to the calculation result, the dangerous cross section is determined, the tooth shape coefficient Y_F is calculated, and the influence of displacement coefficient on Y_F is discussed.
