摘要目的采用体积功能MRI来评估胰岛细胞肝转移(islet cell liver metastase,ICLM)病人经动脉化疗栓塞治疗的早期反应。方法本项回顾性研究经委员会批准且符合HIPAA法案,纳入26例病人的215个ICLM(男15例,女11例;年龄37～79岁,平均59.7岁)。由1名有经验的放射科医生在栓塞前及栓塞后1个月进行的扩散加权成像和增强MR成像上进行体积测量。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the early response of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patients with islet cell liver metastases (ICLM) using volume functional MRI. Methods This retrospective study reviewed 215 ICLMs (15 males and 11 females; aged 37-79 years, mean 59.7 years) of 26 patients admitted to the HIPAA Act and approved by the committee. Volume measurements were performed on diffusion-weighted imaging and enhanced MR imaging by an experienced radiologist prior to and at 1 month after embolization.
