目的:探讨银杏内酯B注射液的活血化瘀作用,为其临床用于活血化瘀及进一步研究提供科学依据。方法:选取健康家兔72只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、金纳多(2.9 mg/kg)阳性对照组及银杏内酯B注射液高、中、低剂量(2.7、0.9、0.3 mg/kg)组,连续给药9 d,家兔静脉注射10%高分子右旋糖酐造成血瘀模型,检测血沉、红细胞压积、血浆粘度、全血粘度(高、中、低切)、全血还原粘度(高、中、低切)、红细胞(聚集、刚性、电泳)指数等血液流变学指标及血小板聚集率。结果:银杏内酯B注射液家兔各剂量(0.3、0.9、2.7 mg/kg)连续静脉给药9 d均可显著降低血瘀家兔全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数(P<0.05或P<0.01);0.9、2.7 mg/kg剂量可显著降低血沉方程K值,抑制ADP诱导的血小板最大聚集率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:银杏内酯B注射液能显著改善血瘀模型家兔的血液流变性及降低血小板的聚集性,具有明显的活血化瘀作用。

Conclusion: Ginkgolide B injection can significantly improve the blood rheology of blood stasis model rabbits and reduce platelet aggregation, with obvious blood circulation and blood stasis.
