夏旱连秋旱,秋旱连冬旱,冬旱接春旱。严重的干旱威胁着春播。面对干旱这座大山,我们应当以愚公移山的精神,下定决心,去争取胜利。这里,我们根据广大群众的经验及科学研究部门的资料,汇编成九种抗旱播种法,供战斗在抗旱第一线上的同志们参考。并殷切希望大家在抗旱斗争中,及时总结经验,创造更多、更好的抗旱播种保苗办法,就地推广,灵活运用。让我们高高举起毛泽东思想伟大红旗,从最坏处着想,向最好处争取,奋力抗旱,坚特到底,保证种子出土成苗,打赢春播这一仗。
