推行厂务公开,是全面落实全心全意依靠工人阶级办企业方针,进一步加强和完善企业民主管理制度建设,维护职工利益,保障职工民主权利,推动党风廉政建设,促进企业和谐发展的内在要求。但是,在部分改制企业中出现了厂务公开工作发展不平衡、措施不到位的问题,制约了企业的发展。对于如何做好新形势下的厂务公开工作,笔者谈点初浅认识:
The implementation of openness in factory affairs is an inherent requirement of fully implementing the principle of wholeheartedly relying on the working class to run enterprises, further strengthening and perfecting the building of an enterprise’s democratic management system, safeguarding employees’ interests, safeguarding the democratic rights of workers, promoting the building of a clean and honest government, and promoting the harmonious development of enterprises. However, in some of the restructuring of enterprises there has been an unbalanced development of openness in factory operations, and measures are not in place, restricting the development of enterprises.
