《宋史·张咏传》对张咏激励上官正出兵平蜀乱的记载与其他史籍存在歧异。对比不同史料,可以发现《宋史·张咏传》是将本来发生在至道三年平刘旰之乱时的事迹混淆为至道元年平李顺余部之乱时,并造成了对上官正平李顺余部作战不力的误载。考其记载失误之史源,则显然是沿袭宋祁为张咏所作《张尚书行状》之误。这种失误的原因则是元朝史臣修《宋史》多直接抄录宋修实录、国史,而宋朝国史中名臣传又多抄录行状内容,故层层致误。

The reason for such mistakes is that the history of the Yuan Dynasty Dynasty “History of the Song,” many direct transcripts of Songxiu, Guozishi, Song Dynasty and the history of the country pass more copies of the name of the transcript content, so layers of errors.
