从合同双方的双重视角出发,研究了合同双方基于合作博弈的多模式Max-npv项目调度优化问题。在合作博弈中,承包商和业主基于合作的态度对项目调度进行优化,以降低项目成本,增加合同双方的共同利益。作者首先对所研究问题进行了界定,在此基础上建立了基于合作博弈的合同双方共同受益最大化子模型和共同收益分割子模型。鉴于问题的属性,设计了模拟退火启发式算法。最后,用一个实际案例对研究进行验证说明,并与不合作情况下的结果进行对比,得到如下结论:与不合作情况相比,合作情况下承包商和业主的项目收益均有显著提升。可为承包商和业主对于项目支付和进度安排提供决策支持,有助于合同双方协调彼此的合作关系,取得一个双赢的结果。
Based on the dual perspectives of both parties, the multi-mode Max-npv project scheduling optimization problem based on cooperative game was studied. In the cooperative game, the contractor and the owner optimize the project scheduling based on the cooperative attitude to reduce the project cost and increase the common interests of both parties in the contract. First of all, the author defines the research question, and on this basis establishes a sub-model of co-benefit maximization and common profit segmentation based on cooperative game. Due to the nature of the problem, a simulated annealing heuristic algorithm is designed. Finally, a practical case is used to verify the research and compare it with the results of the case of non-cooperation. The conclusion is as follows: Compared with the case of non-cooperation, the contractors and owners have significantly increased the project benefits in the case of cooperation. It provides contractors and owners with decision-making support for project payment and schedule arrangements and helps both parties to coordinate their cooperation to achieve a win-win result.
