对变频器逆变桥IGBT开路故障诊断方法做了对比研究,比较了平均电流Park矢量法、三相平均电流法和本文提出的基于傅里叶变换的归一化方法,实验结果表明,平均电流Park矢量法和三相平均电流法在稳态时可准确地进行IGBT开路故障诊断,定位故障管,但在突加、突减负载时易出现误诊断,本文提出的方法将电机电流平均值对基波分量进行归一化,解决了动态时误诊断问题,并采用基于dSPACE的系统平台证实了该方法的有效性。
The inverter open bridge IGBT open-circuit fault diagnosis methods are compared, the average current Park vector method, the three-phase average current method and the proposed method based on Fourier transform normalization method, the experimental results show that the average current Park vector method and the three-phase average current method can accurately diagnose the open-circuit fault of IGBT and locate the faulty tube in steady state, but it is prone to misdiagnosis when sudden load and sudden load drop.
