全身性红斑狼疮为一全身性免疫性疾病。据湖南医学院报道全身性红斑狼疮100例,有不同程度肾损害者占78％。上海华山医院林氏等报道316例,属狼疮性肾炎者达67％。本文报告我院1964年12月—1978年12月收治住院的全身性红斑狼疮17例中,符合狼疮性肾炎者14例,并结合国内外有关文献,就本病的病因、发病机理、病理和临床类型、诊断标准尤其是免疫学诊断和治疗等问题加以讨论。
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a systemic immune disease. According to Hunan Medical College reported 100 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus, kidney damage in varying degrees accounted for 78%. Shanghai Huashan Hospital Lin et al reported 316 cases, is a lupus nephritis who reached 67%. This article reports our hospital from December 1964 to December 1978 admitted to hospital in 17 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus, in line with 14 cases of lupus nephritis, combined with relevant literature at home and abroad, the etiology, pathogenesis, pathology and Clinical types, diagnostic criteria, especially immunological diagnosis and treatment and other issues to be discussed.
