旅游业是一种综合性、应用性极强的行业,不仅要求从业人员应掌握扎实的专业理论知识,以及实践经验,同时对从业人员的心理素质以及思想素质有较高的要求,尤其是人文素质。然而目前大多数高职院校过于重视旅游管理专业学生的专业理论知识传授,而忽视了人文素质教育和培养,导致高职旅游管理专业学生的人文素质普遍较低,无法满足岗位对人才的要求。本文主要结合当前高职院校旅游管理专业人文素质教育现状,分析人文素质教育的重要性。
