为扩展非晶合金的应用范围,采用活性燃烧高速燃气喷涂技术制备Fe Cr Mo CB非晶涂层,通过X射线衍射仪、激光粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等技术对合金粉末以及获得的Fe基涂层的形貌和显微组织结构进行研究。结果表明:采用合适的喷涂工艺可以获得非晶态的Fe基合金涂层,该涂层具有比基体304不锈钢更为优异的耐腐蚀性;与基体材料相比,涂层具有较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性,涂层磨损以磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损相结合。该结果为非晶合金在涂层方面的应用提供了实验和理论支持。
In order to extend the application range of amorphous alloys, Fe Cr Mo CB amorphous coating was prepared by reactive combustion high-speed gas spraying technology. The properties of the alloy powders and the obtained Fe-based coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction, laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope Coating morphology and microstructure were studied. The results show that an amorphous Fe-based alloy coating can be obtained by a suitable spraying process. The coating has more excellent corrosion resistance than that of the base 304 stainless steel.
