近几年来,为实现以人为本、安全第一的根本方针,减少安全事故的发生,避免劳动群众生产和财产的损失,政府已相继出台了许多相关的政策、法规、条例和标准等,企业也在围绕安全生产方针,提高人和物安全水平上,加强了安全生产管理工作。无疑安全生产标准化工作的推出和建设,无论对作为监管层的政府,还是对众多的企业来说,提供了较好的操作性强的监管手段和实施方法。本文就如何开展安全生产标准化建设工作,以某企业安全生产标准化二级达标建设为案例,进行了较为详细的解析。
