降黄舒胶囊为纯中药制剂。主治急慢性肝炎,为本院验方,已应用20余年,疗效较好,主要由茵陈、当归、胆草等12味纯中药组成。1最大耐受量的测定 经最大耐受量测定证明、小鼠一日内连续3次灌胃给药,最大耐受量为35.16g/kg,约相当于临床成人用药剂量的390倍(人每日用剂量4.5g/50kg,相当于生药63.29g/kg。 试验目的:求出降黄舒胶囊对小鼠的最大耐受量,并折算出该药相当于临床用药的倍数,为临床用药及药效学研究提供参考。
