某车辆段钩尾框抛丸除锈机通风除尘系统效果评价

对某钩尾框抛丸除锈机作业场所粉尘浓度和通风管道粉尘浓度、通风量及粉尘排放浓度进行检测,以评价其通风除尘效果。结果显示:(1)钩尾框抛丸除锈机经过技术改造后作业环境粉尘短时间浓度和时间加权浓度各为12.53mg/m3、5.00 mg/m3,达到国家卫生标准;(2)风机前后的管道内风量分别为27 418、26 287 m3/h,漏风率为4.13%,说明该设备的密闭程度较好;(3)风机前后的管道内粉尘质量浓度分别为456.71、2.32 mg/m3,该袋式除尘器粉尘除尘率为99.00%;(4)系统粉尘空气排放浓度为18.21 mg/m3,符合国家大气排放标准。 Dust concentration and ventilation pipe dust concentration, ventilation rate and dust emission concentration of a hook-end shot blasting derusting machine were tested to evaluate the ventilation and dust removal effect.
