改革开放30多年来,我国旅游业持续快速发展,已成为国民经济中的朝阳产业和国际旅游大舞台上日益重要的新生力量,我国成为重要的旅游目的地和旅游客源地。随着我国旅游业的迅猛发展,旅游从业人员也相应地快速增加,导游是旅游从业人员队伍的重要组成部分。但是导游队伍迅速扩大的同时导游质量却不能相应地同步提高。目前我国导游队伍整体素质与旅游业全面发展的要求还不适应。本文分析了当今导游职业在发展中存在的一些问题并提出了相应的可持续发展建议。 Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the sustained and rapid development of China’s tourism industry has become an increasingly important emerging force in the sunrise industry and the international tourism arena in the national economy. Our country has become an important tourism destination and tourist destination. With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, tourism practitioners have also correspondingly increased rapidly. Tour guides are an important part of tourism professionals. However, while the tour guide team is rapidly expanding, the quality of tour guides can not be increased simultaneously. At present, the overall quality of our tour guides and the overall development of tourism industry does not meet the requirements. This article analyzes some problems that exist in the development of tour guides today and puts forward corresponding suggestions on sustainable development.
