《中华人民共和国物权法》已经第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议审议通过,并将于2007年10月1日起施行。作为一部规范财产关系的重要法律,《物权法》对于电网企业的经营管理将产生怎样的影响?本文从《物权法》的相关规定出发,以电网企业为视角,诠释了《物权法》在电网建设、电力设施保护和电费债权保障等方面的重要作用。
The “Property Law of the People's Republic of China” has been examined and adopted by the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress and will come into force on October 1, 2007. As an important law governing property relations, how does Property Law affect the operation and management of power grid enterprises? From the perspective of the relevant provisions of the Property Law and the power grid enterprises, this paper interprets the impact of the Property Law in power grid construction, Power facilities protection and protection of electricity claims and other aspects of the important role.
