应用流式细胞仪(FlOWcytometryFCM)结合单克隆抗体对24例急性白血病(AL)患儿治疗前及治疗后4W外周血反映细胞免疫功能的部分指标即天然杀伤细胞(NKC)与T细胞亚群进行测定。结果表明:未经治疗的AL患者NKC数量及T3、T4、T4/T8比值均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后NKC、T3、T4及T4/T8比例均有不同程度的上升。提示:NKC及T细胞亚群在AL的发生,发展上有重要作用
