本文介绍了以花土沟－格尔木输油管道为对象，设计开发了该系统。并在长输管线高压配电系统上首次采用ＰＬＣ控制并获得成功．一年多来的运行结果表明：系统运行正常，控制稳定可靠，为企业获得了一定的经济效益。本文主要介绍了系统硬件结构、系统功能、现场仪表改造、应用软件设计、系统通讯、系统投产前后经济效益分析。
This paper introduces the design and development of the system based on Huatuogou - Golmud oil pipeline. And in the long-distance transmission line high-voltage power distribution system for the first time using PLC control and success. The results of the operation over the past year show that: the system is operating normally and the control is stable and reliable, which has obtained certain economic benefits for the enterprise. This article mainly introduced the system hardware structure, the system function, the scene instrument transformation, the application software design, the system communication, the economical efficiency analysis before and after the system put into operation.
