本文以中国核工业第二三建设公司建立、运行质量、环境、职业健康安全一体化管理体系的实践为基础,就体系运行过程中表现出来的一些影响体系运行绩效的主要不利因素及大家感到困惑的问题进行了较深入的分析,以期为公司体系的有效运行及提高管理绩效提供积极的帮助,同时也可为建立、运行体系的相关企业提供借鉴。
This article is based on the practice of establishing and running an integrated management system of quality, environment and occupational health and safety by the construction company of China National Nuclear Industry No. 2, and is confused by some of the main unfavorable factors that affect the operation performance of the system as manifested in the operation of the system.
