目的观察和分析中药瑶药联合常规西医治疗蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月至2015年7月在本课题组进行治疗的蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡患者200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组实行常规西医治疗,治疗组常规西医治疗+中药瑶药治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组治愈34例,显效29例,有效16例,无效21例,总有效率79.0%;治疗组治愈46例,显效36例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率99.0%,治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡的常规西医治疗中加用中药瑶药治疗,能明显提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Yao Yao combined with conventional western medicine in treating swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite. Methods 200 cases of swollen and ulcer caused by snakebite in our group from May 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group to implement conventional Western medicine treatment group conventional Western medicine + Yao medicine treatment. Observed and compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results In the control group, 34 cases were cured, 29 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 21 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 79.0%. In the treatment group, 46 cases were cured, 36 cases markedly effective, 17 effective and 1 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 99.0% Group clinical efficacy was significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion In the traditional western medicine treatment of swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite, the addition of Chinese medicine Yao Yao can significantly improve the clinical effect.
