分析了亚共析钢的相变和冷缩率与温度的关系。对中碳钢从奥氏体区冷却到常温时锻件的冷缩率进行了数学统计,回归成数学公式,较精确地确定了热锻件冷缩率。
The relationship between the phase transformation and the shrinkage rate of the hypoeutectoid steel and the temperature was analyzed. On the carbon steel from the austenitic zone to room temperature cooling forging shrinkage rate of mathematical statistics, regression into mathematical formula, more accurately determine the hot forging shrinkage.
