由于受种种主客观因素的影响,直至今天,不少学校的教学设施仍处于封闭状态。我们曾对42所小学进行过调查,结果发现:73.8%的学校的教学设施除上课使用外,其余时间一律处于“被保护”状态;26.1%的学校的教学设施除上课使用外,课余也只能用于学校专业队的训练。为了改变在教学设施管理中高投入、低产出的状况,充分发挥教学设备的应有功效,我们进行了教学设施开放管理的尝试,收到了良好的效果。
Due to various subjective and objective factors, up to today many teaching facilities in schools are still closed. We conducted a survey on 42 primary schools and found that 73.8% of the schools had “protected” teaching facilities except those for classes. 26.1% of the teaching facilities in schools were used only after classes Can be used for school professional team training.
