优化事业单位人力资源结构,盘活人才存量,充分发挥现有人才在经济社会发展中的作用,这既是落实科学发展观和以人为本思想的必然要求,又是基于事业单位人力资源现状以及经济社会发展现状的客观现实选择。在此背景下,事业单位如何通过人力资源结构的优化来为经济和社会的发展积攒更多的人力资源优势已经成为事业单位必须要面对的课题。本文以人力资源结构为写作主线,通过对阐述事业单位人力资源结构存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以期为事业单位人力资源优势的充分发挥做出有益探索。
