Economist Yifu Lin in the “Scientific Development” 2013 the third period published an article pointed out: the current round of global financial crisis and the trade deficit lies behind the United States. This is mainly due to the failure of the United States to start financial liberalization after the 1980s and the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy response after the Internet bubble burst in 2001. The root cause lies in the current international monetary system. In order to solve the domestic problems, the United States, as a reserve currency country, considers only its own interests in the macro-monetary policy
