凯洛夫教育学(旧本)在讲到可接受性的原则时,曾有下面这样的几段话:“给予学生指定脑力工作时,不能以自己的尺度去衡量,而必须以他们的尺度去衡量这个工作底难易”。“常常有这种情形:教师觉得似乎是容易的,而对于学生却是不可克服的困难”。同时他还说:“教师必须估量每个学生的个性特征。在同一个班级范围内,学生知识水准与智力发展,由于这种或那种原因,都可能有所差别。教师在教学过程中,要慎重研究每一个学生,并须注意使这学生能有获得最好成绩的工作条件”。通过几年来的教学,我深深的体会到他这些话的重要性。并深深的认识到,只有从学生的实际情况出发制订切实可行的教学计划,才能提高教学质量,保证教学任务的完成。下面是我的点滴体会:(一)要善于利用时间来接近同学了解他们的学
